My Perfume Collection & Wishlist

Perfume for me is an essential. I can’t leave the house without it and I love getting compliments on the way I smell. While I only have a few perfumes in my collection, I am looking to add more soon. In this post I’ll share the ones I currently own and the few I want to get.

Chanel Coco Mademoiselle ($80-$135)

The Chanel Coco Mademoiselle perfume is my absolute favorite. It lasts nearly all day on me and the floral scent smells so nice. I wear this perfume on a daily basis and get compliments on it all the time. I can smell this perfume on me hours after I spray it on, which is awesome.

There is no doubt that this perfume is expensive but I would buy it again and again. The smallest bottle you can get is the 1.2oz for $80 – this works out to about $67 an ounce. The next size up is 1.7oz for $105 (about $62 an ounce) and the largest is the 3.4oz for $135 (about $40 an ounce). If you are looking to add this perfume to your collection I would definitely recommend the largest one as it’s the best deal per ounce. I wear this one daily so this is a great deal for me!

Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream ($27-$84)

The Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream perfume is the one I’ve had the longest, yet it is the one that I’ve used the least. While I do like it (and should use it more) I like the Chanel one better. This one is also floral based but has some fruity notes to it. The Daisy Dream perfume comes in three sizes: the rollerball – $27 for 0.33oz ($82 an ounce), the 1oz bottle for $60, and the 1.7oz bottle for $84 ($49 an ounce).

Prada Candy Florale ($62-$100)

Now that I’m going through my perfumes I am starting to love them all over again. This Prada Candy Florale is (sort of) different from my others – it is still floral based but also smells of candy. I do have to say that this is probably my least favorite but I do still like it. Maybe I should switch up my perfumes every now and then, huh?

The Prada Candy Florale perfume comes in three sizes. The smallest is 1oz for $62, the next size up is 1.7oz for $80 ($67 an ounce), and the largest is 2.7oz for $100 ($37 an ounce). I really need to start using this perfume again because I do really like it!

Yves Saint Laurent Black Opium ($29-$145)

I came across this perfume by accident while I was in Sephora. The Yves Saint Laurent Black Opium perfume is different than anything I have (aka it’s not floral, haha). The notes in this one are black coffee (yum), white flowers and vanilla and it’s in the warm and spicy family as per Sephora’s website. This perfume is described as “highly addictive” which I totally can see – As soon as I smelled this perfume I knew I wanted it. I just might have to pick this one up soon.

Size breakdown: the rollerball is $29 for 0.34oz ($85 per ounce), the next size is 1oz for $72, then 1.6oz for $94 (about $59 an ounce). The two largest sizes are 3oz for $124 ($41 per ounce) and 5 oz for $145 ($29 an ounce).

Viktor&Rolf Flowerbomb ($30-$215)

The Viktor&Rolf Flowerbomb is one I’ve been wanting to try for a while now. This perfume is also a little different from the others I have as it is also in the warm and spicy fragrance family. While I haven’t smelled this one in a while, I do remember liking it a lot. This perfume is (really) expensive but one I do want to pick up in the near future.

The Viktor&Rolf Flowerbomb comes in six sizes, which is crazy! The smallest ones are the rollerball: 0.33oz for $30 ($91 an ounce) and the spray: 0.68oz for $55 ($81 an ounce). The next two sizes are 1oz for $85 and 1.7oz for $115 (about $68 an ounce). Last but not least, the two largest bottles are 3.4oz for $165 ($49 an ounce) and 5oz for $215 ($43 an ounce).

I want to add more perfume to my collection and hopefully branch out from my floral scents. If you have any suggestions for perfume that you love and you think I’d like it, please let me know. And as always, if you have any comments or suggestions, send me an email or leave me a comment down below. Don’t forget to follow me on Pinterest!
